A Family’s Story of A Broken Health Care System!

Karin Szotak mother and Allynn Szotak sister will be speaking about C.J. who suffered from a Eating Disorder (ED) and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
The family will speak about C.J.’s diagnosis and everything they experienced with it.
The family will also address the broken system that ultimately allowed their loved one to take his own life.
This will be a powerful talk session about Mental Health and how the system failed to help their loved one, with a emphasis of taking Mental Health Seriously.
After the family is finished with their story we will open the session up to the audience for Q & A’s
The purpose of this event is to advocate for mental Health, Educate others, and create awareness for suicide prevention.
All are welcome to join our Free Event.
